## Descripción

The white
Crestron Saros PD6T
is a high-performance, 2-way pendant speaker engineered for demanding commercial audio environments. Designed for open-ceiling spaces, it delivers superior speech intelligibility and rich, full-range music reproduction, making it ideal for restaurants, retail spaces, houses of worship, nightclubs, convention centers, universities, and office buildings.
Built to perform in both indoor and semi-outdoor environments, the PD6T combines professional-grade sound quality with rugged construction and ease of installation. Its durable, weather-resistant housing allows for use under eaves, in patios, or other covered outdoor areas, while its elegant sculpted profile complements any architectural aesthetic. Whether used for background music, paging, or full-range audio reinforcement, the Saros PD6T is a powerful and flexible solution for modern commercial installations.
Engineered for Outstanding Sound
The PD6T features a 6.5" polypropylene woofer with a damped cloth surround for tight bass and clean midrange response. A horn-loaded 1" titanium dome tweeter provides crisp, articulate highs and a wide 100° dispersion pattern, ensuring consistent coverage throughout the listening area. Dual front-facing ports enhance low-frequency extension, achieving a smooth response from 50 Hz to 20 kHz (±3 dB).
Versatile Installation Options
A built-in 60W multi-tap transformer supports 70 and 100V distributed audio systems, while an 8-ohm bypass allows for traditional low-impedance use with up to 125W program power handling. The included 10' wire rope with Gripple self-locking hardware ensures fast and secure ceiling suspension, and a detachable screw terminal block with weather boot provides convenient and protected wiring connections. A paintable ABS enclosure and magnetically attached, frameless steel grille complete the clean, professional look.
Thoughtful Details
Behind its grille, an easily accessible screwdriver-adjustable tap switch enables fast transformer setting changes. A top cover conceals wiring and rigging hardware for a streamlined finish, while the integrated safety tether prevents the grille from becoming a hazard in public spaces.
