This
Metal for MODO DRUM
from
IK Multimedia
works within your MODO Drum 1.5 virtual instrument audio generator. This is not a library of samples, but rather an electronic model of this eight-piece drum set known for its dark and fat color ideal for a punchy rhythm section like metal and even more aggressive styles. It is paired with the Custom cymbal collection, which includes six custom-made cymbals that match and compliment the drums' tonality.
This virtual instrument allows you to create your own sounds and not rely on pre-recorded samples. Using a powerful combination of modal synthesis and advanced sampling, of the materials, tuning, dimensions, of the Metal Drum Kit. When used within MODO Drums, it allows you tune the drum kit to suit your mix, adjust any element from snare tension to stick type, and even tell the drummer how you want them to play. Supporting AU, AAX, VST2, and VST3 plug-ins, the plug-in can be used within most DAWs running on Windows and Mac systems.
