The
FiberLink 3351 3G/HD/SD-SDI ST Fiber SM/MM Receiver Card
from
Artel
offers efficient transmission of 3G/HD/SD-SDI signals with video and optional embedded audio/data over ST fiber input from a separately available transmitter. This setup allows for cable runs up to 30 miles over single-mode fiber or up to 1.5 miles over multimode fiber.
The receiver features dual reclocked and equalized SDI loop outputs for local monitoring. The system supports SMPTE 259M-2006, 292-2006, 424M-2006, and 297-2006 video standards as well as SMPTE305M-2005, 310M-2004, 344M-2000, and DVB-ASI transmission standards.
